The cuts

We bit the bullet and did it. We finally after almost three years got Savannah's haircut. We have trimmed her bangs here and there but that is it for almost three years. We drove to Hilton Head, SC where a friend of ours from church works. He and his parents both work in their cute, quaint barber shop fittingly called "The Barber Shop". We thought Savannah would be excited to have Mr. Jesse cut her hair but she was terrified and said "I don't want to do it anymore". Needless to say after making the hour drive to Hilton Head and brushing the tangles out of her long hair we were pretty insistent that she sit in the seat and take the plunge. After Daddy and Mommy sat in Mr. Jesse's chair we still got no where. Well, here comes along Jesse's mother Mimi. Savannah jumped right in the chair and loved Mimi. Here are just a few shots of our trip. I also got my hair cut (I think Isaiah was 2-3 months old the last time I did this). I know, not as exciting but it needed to be done in this heat! Tom got a professional trim up as well, Isaiah felt a little left out since he was the only one who didn't get a haircut. Sorry buddy, you need more hair first!

Savannah loved Mimi and was excited to get in her chair!

Mimi was so patient and gentle with Savannah, she doesn't even like me to brush her hair so I was amazed at how she was willing to let Mimi do anything she needed to.

We sat in several different seats to get just the right cut.

I have(had) so much hair.

Admiring the new do, she loves it!
Happy with our new cuts.

That's all you get, we are going to take pics tonight of the kids if we can get some good ones, you might see them again soon as we have birthdays coming up!
