Seriously, how is she still not a baby? Where did the past year go??

Is she really 1 already??
Is it really possible that this sweet innocent Ellie Jayne is already 1 year old? I remember waiting and waiting for her to come (she was a week late) and feeling like it was never going to happen. I feel like that was yesterday. Wasn't it? How it is possible then that it was a whole year ago? I still call her baby all the time and so far today Savannah has corrected me numerous times telling me she is a "toddler". YIKES
She rarely kept her eyes open when she was a newborn, ironic since she is not a great sleeper now!
It is incredible how much difference a year can make, especially the 1st year of your life. WOW. We serve a God who creates life from 2 cells into this in 1 year and 40 weeks. AMAZING!!!! We love her to pieces (even if she keeps us up at night A LOT such as last night........)
