"Uncle Bowman" comes to visit

When Tom and I met here in Louisville 14 years ago, we met a great pastor at one of the churches where we were serving. We both loved his heart for the Gospel and we asked him to marry us. He graciously flew down to North Carolina and joined us in our celebration. We finally had the privilege of having He and his beautiful family over the other night and it was great! It is so encouraging to sit with other believers and fellowship while glorifying the Father with our conversation knowing that although we have been away from each other, the Lord has been working in all of our hearts. It was beautiful! His wife is lovely and it was a joy to spend some time with her. We are looking forward to getting to know them even better as we continue to plant here in Louisville. We visited at their church last winter and our sweet Isaiah called him uncle Bowman. That's about right buddy. Needless to say our families have grown considerably over the past  14 years!!
