We did it!

We completed our half marathon this weekend and it was AWESOME! I struggled some during the training (specifically some long runs) but the race was so easy. I never hit a wall, wasn't tired and we actually ran faster than we thought we would. We averaged a 9:30 pace and even ran about an 8 min. pace or maybe a little bit faster for the last mile. Our final time was 2:01:34. We really wanted to get under 2 hour but that's ok.I will post pics soon once I find the camera cord. Tom was a great coach, supporter and partner. He really helped me feel great about this accomplishment before the big 3-0 next month. Sorry to your single ladies out there, he is all mine and I was super blessed by the Lord when He gave Tom to me. I love you Tom!!!
