Ellie Ellie

We like to affectionaly call her Ellie Ellie or Ellie Belly! She is 5 1/2 months old and is sooo sweet. She hardly ever cries (unless you make her ride in the car for long) and is super excited to get anything she can into her mouth! She loves to sit and play and then fall onto her belly. She sleeps on her belly and plays on her belly allll day. She will immediately roll over if you lay her down on her back so she can see what is happening. It does make diaper changes difficult! She is still exclusively breastfeeding and has not been interested in the food we have given her. I am not pushing it since she is not even 6 months old and she is obviously healthy from her good mommy milk! Ellie LOVES her daddy. She lights up when she sees him come in a room and is often the first one (other than Dixie to greet him when he gets home from work).

In the last few days she has really tried to learn to crawl. She has gotten up on all fours a few times and is working hard to move as much as she can and figure out how to do it. She also loves to stand and my guess is she is going to be an early walker like her big sister. It's so fun to see their personalities come out. We can tell that she is going to be excitable, fun, determined and eager to learn new things! We praise God for you little Ellie Jayne!
