We are heading to see Tom's parents for Easter this weekend and are going to have a few birthday celebrations. Our sweet Ellie will be turning 3 on Saturday (seriously, how did that happen?) and Tom is turning 33 on Sunday. I can't begin to explain Ellie adequately on here. You just have to KNOW Ellie and everyone who KNOWS her, loves her immensely. She is almost 3 and can have a conversation with you about anything. She loves to follow her older brother and sister around and do everything they do (i.e. the blog I did a few months ago about playing chess). She also LOVES her little sister. She has been an amazing 2 year old. Seriously. She has had her moments where she gets upset when she can't get her way about things, but overwhelmingly she is a pure joy. She loves anything sweet and will snack all day and rarely eats a full meal (unless its breakfast for dinner). She loves drinks and will beg for anything you have. She is also super simple and only wanted to go get an ice cream from McDonalds for her birthday. She didn't request presents just ice cream. She is a lefty and loves to color. She loves to snuggle, be with mommy and listen to books. She was pretty bald for the first year and a half to two years and can finally do a pony tail in her hair and is pretty excited about it.
We moved a few weeks ago into a home with a very sweet retired couple. They LOVE our kiddos and it is such a blessing. I get worried that the kids are being too loud and Mrs. Whitlock came down the other day and commented that the kids bring such joy and happiness into the house. Ellie is usually the center of the "joyful noise".We love her to pieces and we are excited to see what 3 will bring! (Hopefully a fully potty trained kiddo soon!)
Our sweet kiddos.
