A few updates....

We are still plugging away with life in Louisville. We miss Savannah terribly but are all excited to go back in 3 weeks to visit and load up all of our stuff (YEAH, our house is under contract and closing in a few weeks!). We have yet to find a house to buy (or even rent) here so we are planning to just put our stuff in storage and wait patiently as the Lord shows us where He wants us. The Whitlocks are amazing and have been the biggest blessing in this crazy and long transition period. Seriously who lets a family of 6 with LOUD little ones move in with them?? We are thankful they listened to the Lord as he brought the idea to them and they offered it to us.

We have done what the Stephens family does and explored different parts of our new city when the weather is good. We have played at lots of parks, taken a family run on the river walk, hiked at a local forest preserve, explored into Indiana a bit, visited the zoo A LOT, gone to a lot of UofL baseball and softball games, and enjoyed the spring weather. Here are a few pictures of the adventures.

Homemade French toast with some homemade bread given to us by one of Tom's board members, yum!
Savannah and daddy have been working on planning and drawing a zoo for a few weeks now, it is a lot of work, but they are doing great!

Mommy gave everyone hair cuts a few weeks ago. Since our clippers weren't working I had to scissor cut it. Not too shabby for my first time. Tom has since buzzed it.

Like I said, Lots and Lots of UofL baseball and softball!

This one has grown so much. She is super close to sitting by herself for long periods of time. She is making forward progress to crawl and LOVES to be involved in everything that is happening. Seriously, how cute is she??

Family hiking. We even got to meat Grandpa for a quick lunch after hiking when he was on the way through the area.

Caroline's first time in the swing. Everyone wanted to push her.

Ellie's first braid, she was so proud.

Caroline has started eating a little bit of solid foods. She hasn't liked any of them yet. We shall keep trying I guess.
