Is it really August?????

So it seems like July has flown right by and here we are in August. This is a busy month for us as things are picking up at church the end of this month and we have a BIG birthday party coming up this weekend. This is the first time we have had a birthday party with little friends over so we are very excited. Savannah is at an excited stage so she is sooo excited for everything that we do. It should be a ball.

On another note, if anyone has any idea of moving to Savannah we have found the house for you!!!! It is BEAUTIFUL and affordable for what it is. It is over 3,000 sq. ft. and was built in 1896 and is it pretty good shape with a pretty recent restoration including central air and the kitchen and bathrooms. It is 4 bedroom, 4 bath and has a carriage house in the back. We have fallen in love with it. It has beautiful 15+ foot windows in the front and pocket doors from the living room into the foyer that are beautiful.   Ok, ok so we are not buying another house or moving but if anyone is interested in letting us borrow 80K it could be ours!!! Ha ha ha ha! I know I am funny but seriously why would anyone want to live in the suburbs when you could live in the city in this beautful house for $199,000!!!!!! The tax assessment on it is well over $300,000 so it is a steal! I think it is a foreclosure but quite a gem.
