A wedding

Today was a great day! We worshiped with our church body this morning, spent the afternoon with our friends preparing for a wonderful wedding of some great friends! Tom took the kids to the mall to do some shopping for another friend while I helped decorate. They got back just in time for the wedding and Savannah was sooo excited to see Mr. Michael and Ms. Heather. She LOVED the wedding dress and everything that had to do with the wedding. Isaiah didn't make it through the wedding and Tom had to sit with him outside. One of the reasons he didn't make it through the wedding was because a certain blue blanket was MISSING...... Gasp! So, as the reception started mommy went back to the mall with Isaiah to search out the missing blanket. After scowering the whole mall (ok not the whole mall) we found it, praise God! As you can tell in the picture below he was glad to be reunited. We then returned to the wedding just in time for Tom to do a toast, Savannah to eat some cake and head home.

 He loves his blanket.
Michael and Heather. Hey, who is that little girl in the cute flower dress???

 There she is again.....

and again..... Turns out she followed Ms. Heather around the entire reception. Heather said Savannah didn't realy even talk to her much, she just wanted to be with the bride. Adorable.

They were so funny, Michael wore Addidas sneakers (as always) and Heather wore white TOMS

Heather looked beautiful and soo happy. I think every time I looked at her she was smiling ear to ear. It was so sweet to see their love. We have known Michael since he moved to Savannah as a 20 year old kid out of the house for the first time and doing school online while doing odd jobs. He is now a successful small business owner with a beautiful wife who is so sweet and humble. Tom and I were talking yesterday about how much we have loved being involved in Michael and Jimmy's lives and see the beautiful women the Lord has given for them to spend their lives with. I have loved getting to know Heather and Madeleine over the past few years. It is so sweet to see strong Christians who are gospel focused with every aspect of their lives and who live it out in their purity, humility and servanthood. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Michael Mole!!!
We now can't wait for November.....

Madeleine and Jimmy are next.....
