Tom had July 4th off so we took the opportunity to celebrate a little together as a family. We got a park pass (from the library) and headed off to Skidaway park on Monday night. We got to swim for a bit together Monday morning for the 1st day of Savannah's swim lessons. We had a great time playing and enjoying the outdoors.
We even took Dixie with us. she loved being able to go somewhere with us. She doesn't get to go that often anymore. We stopped on our way home to catch the fireworks at the park up the street from us. Savannah was hesitant but ended up thinking they were pretty cool. Isaiah sat in my lap with his head buried in my chest. When we asked him if he liked them he said yes but didn't move. He doesn't really like loud noises.
We are gearing up for Cow Appreciation Day at CFA tonight so hopefully we will put some pics up soon of our outfits. We have been doing Dave Ramsey lately so you know we are jumping at the chance to get free food!!!
Here are a few other pictures of the kids lately. They have both been loving to read so we just sit (sometimes for hours) each day and read with them. I love it! My prayer is that our kids will love and desire to read God's Word as they get older. AWESOME!!!
