A little update

Here is an update of some of the things we have been doing lately.

We have been outside as much as possible lately, here is a shot from another hike at Skidaway Island State Park a few weeks ago.

I took Ellie to run some errands a few weeks ago and she kept calling my name. I turned around to find her with her leggings on her head and said "hat". She is hilarious.

As I mentioned we headed down to Jacksonville, FL a little over a week ago for Tom's cousin's wedding. I unfortunately didn't get any pictures at the wedding, but lots of St. Augustine. It was beautiful.

The cousins. Lets just say a picture of all 6 was a little difficult.

Ellie loved the water fountains. So much so that she almost went for a swim in all of them.

Dave and Jackie, Ben and Sam spent the night at our place on Thursday night with Grandma and Grandpa. We LOVED having them come visit as we rarely have visitors. Ellie slept with Savannah and Isaiah and it was so fun to have a full house!

Ellie really liked Sam (they are about 4 months apart) and she really wanted Aunt Jackie to hold her a lot since she was holding Sam. There was a lot more fun that wasn't documented. There was baseball at our favorite Hull Park, lots of fun at the hotel, CFA with lots of kids, lots and lots of dancing at the reception. We had to pull Ellie off the dance floor at 8:30 and she was really mad at us. There was some "hotdog" playing with uncle dave. I'm not sure I understand the game but dave is the hotdog and the kids are all toppings. He chases them to catch them and squirt the toppings. It was a favorite for all the kids. We had such a good time with all the Stephens!!!

I really want to visit St. Augustine after seeing how pretty it is! Good pictures, and cute subjects!

No, I am not the hot dog. The kids are the hot dogs, and it's my job to catch them and squirt mustard, ketchup and relish on them. Sometimes onions too. I have no idea where the game came from, or how I ended up being the guy to play it. Days after we were home, Ben would occasionally act sad and say, "But we didn't get to play hot dog in Florida." Because apparently, the cousins assumed that's what we'd be doing at the hotel.
