Welp, here we are again, with another month of no blogging. So sorry, really! We have been somewhat busy and just busy doing life. Here are a few snapshots of a few things we have been up to.
The kids, just being silly
We went to the Library book festival in November and they had a ball. Savannah was a VIP reader (which unfortunately hey hyped up but there wasn't really much that came with it) from the summer reading program. Fun was had by all our book lovers!
We also helped to cheer on runners for a trail run that was held at Skidaway State park a few weeks ago. It helps support a local adoption agency and we are always excited to support adoption and any organization that fights for life and celebrates adoption. We also took some of the kids that are part of Cross Culture at our church. Fun was had by all and the runners had some excited kids to cheer them on early in the morning!
Here is our tree this year. It is really pretty and Savannah did a good job picking it out. We wish we had a tree from Grandpa, but this will do.
The kids got these shirts in the mail from the Schwarting family and we were excited to cheer the Naval Academy on to another win today!
We headed to NC for Thanksgiving and had a great time including, lots of fun inside (it was pretty chilly outside), family pictures, bowling, a date!!, and lots of cousin time. Of course if you know me, you know that I didn't take pictures. I asked my mom and sister to send me pictures, but cough, cough, I haven't received any yet.......
