Visitors

We have had several visitors this week and they brought us lots of fun! First we had a new friend name Ibtisam who was in Savannah to take an english test to try to get into SCAD. She is originally from Saudi Arabia and it was great fun to have her here for a few days. She loved our kids and they loved her!

Next, my parents came to visit! They came Friday night and we had dinner here then ventured down to River St. to walk around some. They got the kids ice cream and to say that they enjoyed it would be an understatement. We let Ellie share with everyone else and she just walked around saying everyone's name then eating some of their ice cream.

On Saturday night we went out to eat and then came home to have a litttle cake and ice cream birthday party for Ellie. She liked the party hats and balloons the best!

Happy 2nd birthday sweet Ellie! She also loved opening presents and got several Elmo and Sesame Street toys which made her super happy!

This is the only picture we got the whole weekend with everyone. We had such a great time with Grammy and Poppie and the kids LOVED spending quality time with them, especially since they got to ride in their car everywhere we went. You dont realize how much you miss family until you get to spend some time with them. We have always felt pretty independent since we haven't ever lived close to family, but it is so great to enjoy time with them when you get the chance. What a blessing this weekend was for everyone!
