We have the internet.....

So we know there are a few of you out there, and I stress few, who very much look forward to our blog updates so our parents have come together and agreed with you and have given us a great gift of helping us get the internet for the next year and we are ohhh so thankful to them for this. So, these posts will no longer be done from the public library or from a panera where we fell bad not getting anything so a bagel lasts for a while. They will be much more frequent and done right from our own home. We must also greatly thank the pastor of the church we have been attending for allowing us to have and I repeat he allowed us to HAVE his old laptop that is in really good condition so that we may have a computer at home. So to those people who broke in our house and stole our last computer among other things, God is much bigger than you, we have known that and He has shown us that.

Tom has been working pretty hard lately and I thought I would start off with some of his accomplishments in the yard. I don't think we ever put any pictures up of the beautiful fence that he built all by himself so here are a few of those.


He worked this past weekend on the front bed of the house where we hope to but a herb garden. We are going to start some gardening, I do not know much about gardening, but Tom's dad is great at it and Tom got me a big book on gardening in the south for my birthday so here it goes!

Savannah has been busy playing and saying a whole lot since we have returned from our travels and here are a few of her cuter moments recently.

She is talking on the phone in the picture with the bear mobile. She loves to pick up anything that looks like it would make a good phone and pretend to talk on it.

We also started working on her volleyball game. Tom's dad is a huge Penn State fan and their women's volleyball team is apparently incredibly good so there was talk at Christmas in Indiana of Savannah playing for them in ohhh say 18 years of so. Here is a recent video of us working on her skills.

Well, I tried to upload the video but no luck, maybe we will try again soon. I will just tell you that this girl has some skills and if her height continues to go the way it is, watch out scholarships!!!

Also if you are seeing this please say a prayer for my grandfather, he is very sick with lymphoma and is not doing well. My aunt is there now and she said that she has seen a huge difference in how weak he is from the 31st until now so please pray that he isn't in any pain and that our family can deal with his sickness by focusing on Christ's love for us and an eternity that we are priviledged to spend with Christ because of His death on the cross. My grandfather is a strong believer and I am trusting that Jesus is waiting for his coming.
