Water, water and more water

Well, a few weeks ago it rained and rained and rained so we were pretty much inside every day. The end of this past week and this weekend have been beautiful with all sun and no rain. That does mean heat but we live in south Georgia, we will not complain! Friday night we went to the SCAD free concert at Forsyth Park and had a great time. Savannah loved the music and loved dancing with Daddy! Saturday we had a relaxing day here and playing at the park when we decided it was probably pretty out at Tybee so we decided to head out there after dinner. We got Savannah all ready in her swim diaper and her bathing suit and hit the beach! It is such a beautiful time to go out there because there is hardly anyone there, it is not as hot because the sun is setting and parking is free after 8 so when you get there just after 7 you don't have to pay much! Savannah again did not want to go near the water so Tom went hoping to get her interested but with no luck. She did finally get in the tidal pools and had a blast playing daddy, nemo ball and the water! She was hillarious to watch because she was being so creative coming up with different ways to play in the water. After we had been there for about an hour, she just got out of the water and said "ready to go" and headed for the car. We had to stop her so we could get our stuff, she is so funny when she gets her mind set on something, she goes with it! We got some good pictures as you can see!

We also got her little baby pool that my parents gave her last year out on Sunday afternoon and she really enjoyed playing in the water as well. It has been really hot in the sun so she enjoys playing and cooling off in the water. She even asked to play in the water this morning so it might be a regular thing for a while!

She has also been asking about hearing the baby's heart and loves going to the Dr. appts. with me. We have on at the end of the week and she has already asked me several times to hear the baby's heart! Isaiah is getting bigger and we are now at 31 weeks! Won't be long before this little ones makes his arrival!

31 weeks and still carrying a basketball!

Just wanted to give a Go Redwings shout out for Tom, they are in the Stanley Cup again with the Pittsburgh Penguins, I know, I know I don't know a thing about hockey but Tom loves it and he is very excited that they are up 2-0 so far in the series!

This last pictures was taken at 2:30am after we had to both get up and tend to the dog's tail. She must have had a few bug bites or something on it and she has chewed at it so bad that it is raw and red and really nasty. I woke up to go to the bathroom at about 2:30 (no suprises there) and I heart her chewing on it, so I woke up Tom and we cleaned it again, put neosporin on it and wrapped it with a baby washcloth. It didn't excatly stay well so we are in search of a new way to wrap it to keep her from chewing on it but needless to say Tom was not happy about having to get up for the dog. He will do it for Savannah and for Isaiah once he is here, but the dog, come on, we all like our sleep!
