Big girl and big baby

Ok, so the title may be a little misleading, Isaiah isn't going to be HUGE (at least we hope not) but we did have an ultrasound today and they said he is already 6 lbs. 6 oz. with 4 weeks to go. The doctor guessed he would be about the same size as Savannah and that wasn't too bad (except for the whole vacuum thing, but we won't get into that on here!) Everything looks great with him, his placenta, amniotic fluid, he is head down facing backwards and doing very well! Wow, is God good or what!! We feel amazingly blessed by how well things have gone with Savannah and Isaiah as we know that there are a lot of families out there struggling with fertility issues, pregnancy issues and sick baby issues so we are thankful for God's protection! We definitely don't deserve any of His goodness but He is an amazing God! Full of mercy, grace and compassion! This has been a fun week for Savannah and the rest of us! On Tuesday night Tom came home from work and took her to the community pool at the park a few blocks from us and she loved it! On Wednesday we spent the whole morning at another park with a splash park thing for little ones and she wore herself out! We also went to the mall to play on Tuesday which she loves and it is air conditioned which I love!

Queen of the bridge!

Today was story time at the library and then our Dr. appt. so she has been busy! She is starting to love being read to lately which we adore! It is so amazing to see her learning and growing right before us! She has also really started to love singing songs and we love to sing and dance with her, it is so precious! She has been talking about baby Isaiah a lot lately and has started to treat some of her toys as a baby she is taking care of. Here she is feeding baba in her seat. She put his bib on and buckled him in the seat all by herself all while talking to him about eating. He has eaten dinner next to tom in the chair a few times with us as well!

She ate lunch the other day in the big person chair at the table across from me, so cute!

We were also very blessed last week by a baby shower that was given for us by some friends at our church. It was for Isaiah and another little girl that is due about a month after her is. We received lots of sweet boy things, some great books and lots of love from our church family. I don't have pictures currently, but will try to get some from our fabulous host Ms. Miley and post them on here.
